This picturesque lot with the 2023 Keystone Travel Trailer (under warranty) w/super easy access with paved roads from gate to lot, is a great GA Mountain GetAway Combo and it is ready to be enjoyed! First impression is amazing. The inside of the Trailer is awesome too! The pics don’t do it justice. Fully Loaded –> Under warranty RV has -> 2 ac units -> central vac -> tankless hot water heater & solar panel. This RV is Super Gently used and immaculate inside with a wide open plan and very comfortable living space. Cool thing is that unlike most in The Coosawattee River Resort this RV is mobile and ready to wander – it can come and go with ease!! Everything above this RV is the absolutey like new .. so the furniture is the immaculate and you’ll also see it also in the loft bunk bedroom, bathroom and main bedroom. There is loads of storage possibilities in and under the RV as well. Enjoy all amenities the resort has to offer to include three pools, fitness center, arcade, hiking, tubing/kayaking, etc, while only minutes from downtown Ellijay with shopping, dining, wineries, breweries, hiking, mountain bike trails, and the list goes on and on.
